Should this Grant Application be successful it is to be refunded to Ludgershall Town Council in the event the monies granted are not used for the purpose they were granted for.

Also, within 12 months of the receipt of the grant the recipient must provide evidence of how the grant was spent in the form of a written report & photos if possible, supported by financial evidence where available to the Town Clerk. If this is not received by the Town Clerk, then the Council will not consider or award any future grants to that organisation. LTC will invite you to the Annual Meeting of the Town where you can update LTC on how the project went.
