**80th VE Day Information – 8th May**
**9:00 AM** – Join us at the war memorial for a prayer as we raise the official VE Day flag.
**6:30 PM** – Listen for the St James Church Ludgershall bell ringers as they participate in “Ringing Out in Celebration of Peace” alongside the nation.
**8:00 PM – 10:00 PM** – Come to the Recreation Ground for an evening of remembrance and celebration in honor of the 80th Anniversary of VE Day. We will take part in a nationwide event by lighting our beacon. The evening will feature wartime music provided by Castledown FM, followed by a performance by “Just the Two of Us.” You will be invited to join us as we sing “I Vow to Thee.”
Light refreshments will be provided.
A1 Ices will also be bringing their van of goodies for us!
