Our Town’s Poppy Cross

Made with thousands of lovingly knitted and crocheted poppies, our beautiful Poppy Cross is now proudly in place at St James’ Church.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their time, talent and care to create this wonderful tribute, and special thanks to the kind gents of 26 Engineer Regiment for helping to make it happen.

A truly special sight and a fitting tribute to remember and honour those who gave so much. ❤️
